Use Sites: In and around structurres,.including, but not limited to, residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional, research, recreational, health care, educational, daycare, hospitalityand agriculturalbuildings and other man-made structures, garages, transport vehicles, sewers, animal rearing and handling establishments and food bandlingand food processing establisments.
Indoor Use: Resultswill be best if spilledfood and other debrisare cleaned up before applying bait.Apply bait in small spots about ¼ in diameter. balcaralse beespalied in thinlines faeoropriate, Forrostintestations.applicationshouldrange from 10 to 20 spotsper 100 squarefeet. Use the higher number of spots when infestationsare heavy and/orwhen roachesare livingprimarily in wall voids or otherinaccessibleareas.Smaller, more frequent spotsare betterthan occasionallargespots.
Look forareas, particulally cracksandcrevices, where roaches may hide or enter buildings, Someof these areasi nclude areas where baseboards are peeling away from the wall, cracksin and around equipment and appliancessuch asstoves, sinks, dishwashers, refrigerators and walk-in coolers, hollow table legs, areaswhere pipes come through walls, cracksbetween different construction elements, around electricalboxes, cracksaround hinges, where cabinetsmeet walls andcracksleading into wall, ceiling or floor voids. Payparticular attention to crackswhichlead into void areas, even small ones. Also specificallvlook for warm,moist areas. Aroundand under dishwashers, refrigerators, ice machines,sinks, tubs and toilets and around drain openings are particularly attractiveareas for roaches. Insert the syringe tip directly into the crackand apply about 0.5 g (pea size)amount of bait.
Do not appy bait to areas that are washeddown frequently,such asin cracksaround the edges of food prep surfaces. Do not apply bait in areas where there is a risk of electricti shock. Be careful not to applybait on hotsurfaces orother areas where the temperature may exceed 130 as the bait could melt and drip. Bait placementsshould be inconcealed, not open areas. Donot spray insecticidesor other chemicalsover bait placements, asthis may causeroaches not to eat thebait. Apply bait out of reachof children and pets. Inspect bait placementsperiodically and reapply baitas needed. Ongoing monitoring is recommendedas part of an Integrated PestManagement program.
Food Processing and Handling Establish ments, In cluding Federally-Inspected Food Plants: In food areas, including serving areaswhile the establishment is in operation, only apply bait incracks, crevices, andother inaccessibleareas,or in tamper-resistant baitstations. Followabove directions for crackand creviceplacement.Avoid contamination offoodand feedstuffs. Neverapply bait directly toa surface wherefood, is stored, prepared or served. Any bait that isleft visible after treatment must bewashed up.
OutdoorUse: Apply bait on the outsidesurfacesof buildings and other structures, as well as incrawlspaces, atticsand other voids. Porches, garages, sheds.AC units and other outbuildings, fencesor walls mayalso need treatment. Pay particular attention to crackswhere roaches mayenter buildings and treat those areas. Theseareas include but aren't linlited to cracksaround windows, doors, eavesand soffits, expansion joints, andareas wherelines or pipes enter bulidings. Under siding and molding are alsoattractiveareas forinsects tohide. Apply bait in spots or lines as indicated for indoor baiting.
Storage and Disposal: Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
Storage: Store in a dryplave. Do not store where children or animals may gain access.
Disposal :if empty: Non-refillable container.Do not reuse thiscontainer. Place in trash or offer for recycling if available.
If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 1-800-CLEANUP which is managed as a public-private partnership.
